U.K. cabinet members are starting to line up behind Prime Minister David Cameron in favor of Britain remaining in the European Union. Cameron has said they’ll be allowed to campaign on either side of the stay-or-leave referendum expected to be held as early as June 23, assuming he can seal a deal on renegotiated membership terms at an EU summit this month.
